在基礎篇會為大家解說關於眼鏡的基本知識和眼鏡的畫法。

接著在實踐篇則會詳細追蹤6位插畫家製作眼鏡男子插畫的過程。當中更詳盡傳授了「眼鏡描繪」的相關資訊。

此外，在各個眼鏡男子插畫中，也製作了配戴不同眼鏡的眼鏡差分版本。

差分版本的插畫會刊載於各個製作花絮說明的最後。而變更眼鏡造成的「插畫或人物的印象變化」，也添加了創作者本人的解說。
